After spending years on research, postdocs might like to do something with the results they obtained. This presentation covers several aspects, including protection (confidentiality, patents) and funding opportunities for valorisation. The presentation will explain different programs (EU, VLAIO, IOF) for postdocs, such as programs aimed at building prototypes for different stakeholders, collaborating with specific companies, or creating their own spin-off company.
